I cannot begin to tell you how much we enjoyed the cake! Everyone has asked where it came from. It was not only lovely to look at, but delicious! You created such a special part of our wedding. I had to write to tell you how many compliments we had on your wedding carrot cake. We are just finishing up what was left of the bottom two layers. It's really the best I've ever had. We cannot wait until our 1st anniversary to eat the top layer. We are going to try to hold off until my birthday in October and have it then.
